When will my order ship?

after you confirm payment and we fully receive the payment, normal ready stock products will be shipped within 3 working days.
if you choose to add personalized engraving, you have to wait around 10 working days.
if your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangement to have it earlier, please drop a message here, and we'll do our best to fullfill your request.
delivery time will vary by destination.


Custom a Product

we do accept custom made product with some requirements applied. the minimum quantity will be depends one the product type, and it will effect the prices and production time as well. if you want to make a custom made product, please leave your message here.

Do I need to set up an account to shop at undhagistore.com?

Can I modify and cancel order?

due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.
